Display your emails securely on the ZeeEmail platform.
Receive real-time mailbox update notifications via Pub/Sub.
3. What We Do NOT Do
We do NOT send emails on your behalf.
We do NOT modify, delete, or label your emails.
We do NOT store email content permanently. Email data is accessed only in real time and discarded immediately after display.
We do NOT sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising.
4. Data Security
All OAuth tokens and sensitive information are encrypted at rest. Access can be revoked at any time through your Google Account.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
ZeeEmail retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the service described in this Privacy Policy.
Email content is accessed in real time and is not permanently stored.
OAuth access tokens are stored in encrypted form and retained only while your account remains connected.
Pub/Sub notification metadata is retained only as long as necessary to process mailbox update events.
You may revoke ZeeEmail’s access at any time via your Google Account security settings.
Upon access revocation or account disconnection, all stored OAuth tokens and related metadata are automatically deleted.
No Google user data is retained after deletion is completed.
6. Google API Compliance
ZeeEmail fully complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements for Gmail data.
